• Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customers and market needs within your assigned market responsibility. • Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business). • Managing existing relationships and developing new ones. • Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry. • Retaining business and driving sales growth.
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); HS Diploma/GED acceptable with relevant work experience • Are experienced in field sales, territory management, and customer relations • Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills • Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business
