Description

• Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team • Manage key customer relationships and support major deal negotiations • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership • Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational efficiency • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or management roles • Preferred: MBA • Proven leadership with a track record of achieving company objectives • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad business impact • Effective at prioritization, delegation, and resource allocation across multiple projects • High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail • Strong customer focus and alignment with company values.
