• Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide • Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales • Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience • Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations • Achieve individual sales performance goals • Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings

• Confidence in your sales ability with a focus on closing • Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly • Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Positive, team-focused attitude • Desire to build a lasting career in insurance sales • High School Diploma or its equivalent • Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License • Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree a plus
