Description

• Contribute to the daily operations of the bids and proposals team • Ensure requests for proposals (RFPs) and other quotation documents are returned to prospective customers professionally and in a timely manner • Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes • Lead the coordination, review, and editing of proposal inputs from cross-functional stakeholders • Implement scalable workflows, process improvements, templates, and tools to increase efficiency and consistency while driving best practices • Provide guidance to sales teams and subject matter experts on persuasive writing and proposal best practices • Provide support presenting offers • Review and manage commercial Terms and Conditions requested by customers with counsel • Manage commercial document templates in line with company branding • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field of study • Strong acumen in commercial and financial structure • 3+ years relevant work history within a commercial function • Experience preferably within a manufacturing or energy environment • Experience in hydrogen and/or oil & gas is a plus • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects in a matrixed environment • Developed knowledge of proposal best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools, including CRM, Salesforce, or other related proposal and/or project management software • Self-starting, motivated, assertive, and creative • Excellent follow-through capabilities • Skilled with project management • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail • Driven and self-motivated
