Description

• Lead and manage a pod of search experience professionals, including 2-4 direct reports from specialist to senior strategist level • Build and maintain individual development plans, coaching cadences, and mentorship for every pod member • Own team retention through positive team sentiment and clear growth paths • Drive performance management using the ARC framework and deliver feedback, raise, and promotion recommendations • Oversee capacity planning and staffing for the search experience pod • Generate innovation and foster team training and development with the R&D team • Provide executive-level oversight for client accounts, including hands-on support and/or acting as an Account Director • Serve as the first escalation point for client concerns and resolve issues with strategic guidance • Support high-level strategy development, performance tracking, and internal audit requests • Track client churn trends and intervene where risk signals appear • Support audits, pitches, opportunity identification, case studies, and service expansions • Own product quality through accountable QA processes • Pursue Search Experience channel evolution through industry research, certifications, and GEO/AEO and AI search experiments • Centralize and share learnings from pod tests; lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and quarterly brainstorms • Use Claude, Omega, Iris, and Nova tools daily to automate repetitive search analysis • Maintain knowledge of the Power Circuit and Nova ecosystem and drive adoption across the pod • Support recruitment through interviews, skill assessments, and business cases for new hires • Employ AI technologies to optimize business processes and leverage the Nova ecosystem

🎯 Exigences

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with search experience execution • 3+ years of experience managing a team, including performance management and development planning • Strong understanding of search experience’s place in the marketing funnel • Working knowledge of organic search, GEO/AEO concepts, and AI search behaviors • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong demonstration of AI usage to optimize workflows • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
