Description

• Own fusepoint net revenue retention MRR, monthly churn targets, executive relationships, retention forecasting, and Salesforce pipeline accuracy • Run executive check-ins, diagnose account risk, lead measurement plans, and resolve portfolio escalations • Set measurement strategy standards across client work, including MMM and incrementality testing • Connect client products, audiences, media plans, and measurement approaches to business outcomes • Pressure-test client readouts and present measurement methodologies to CFO, finance, and C-suite stakeholders • Lead Account Directors and cross-functional teams across strategy, measurement, media, and data science • Drive portfolio expansion, retention, new business pitches, go-to-market positioning, and consulting engagements • Own hiring, staffing, capacity, career pathing, coaching, and talent development • Design AI workflows, use Omega and Iris, prototype automation, and oversee AI quality tradeoffs • Consult on the fusepoint P&L, forecast churn, expansion, new business, and efficiency, and build business cases for investment • Represent Power Digital and fusepoint through speaking, content, and client-facing points of view

🎯 Exigences

• Department leadership and management experience required; has led Account Directors or senior marketers as direct reports • 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency, with client work at the AD level or above and substantial experience in measurement or marketing science • Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science/Analytics, Business, or a related discipline • Measurement expertise: modern measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality testing) • Deep marketing fluency across the client's buying journey: audience and customer definition, funnel dynamics, and the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes • Channel and program strategy expertise; full-funnel marketing program experience; media planning or buying experience strongly preferred • Extensive knowledge of owned, earned, and paid channels, including content, SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic, and first-party data tools • Business planning fluency: P&L, contribution margin, CAC payback, LTV, and growth levers • Experience presenting to and pushing back on C-suite, board, and VP stakeholders • Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts and act as a marketing and business consultant • Expertise in contract negotiation, client retention, and client growth • Proven track record delivering high NPS and retention metrics across a portfolio • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, and analytics/reporting tools • Comfort leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, measurement leads, customer intelligence, and media planners • Power Circuit Certification (70% to pass, annual recertification) • Entrepreneurial spirit and contribution to product and go-to-market strategy
