Description

• Build trusted relationships with clients by serving as a strategic analytics partner and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. • Partner closely with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions that align with client goals. • Present insights and recommendations with confidence, helping clients understand performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. • Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships, contribute to account growth, and support new business initiatives. • Develop measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and performance insights that help clients make informed business decisions. • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytics work, providing guidance on complex client challenges and ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to automate reporting, improve workflows, and scale analytics capabilities. • Champion best practices that strengthen data quality, reporting consistency, and operational excellence. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reporting, and client value. • Own the performance, development, and operational success of the analytics team. • Lead analytics operations, including resource planning, team prioritization, workload management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. • Monitor utilization, delivery quality, and profitability while partnering with leadership on staffing and growth planning. • Establish scalable team processes, reporting cadences, and best practices that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality across the analytics function. • Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support the professional growth and success of your team. • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration and continuously improve how analytics supports the business.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 9 years of relevant experience; at least 3 years of experience leading a team • Demonstrated success leading analytics teams in an agency, consulting, or other fast-paced professional services environment. • Familiarity with social listening tools • Strong experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and/or Tableau. • Proven ability to communicate complex data through compelling storytelling and build trusted client relationships. • Experience developing scalable analytics processes and driving continuous improvement. • Healthcare agency or life sciences experience is preferred.
