Description

• Oversee the delivery of complex, high-value, multi-channel pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. • Partner with account leads and creative leadership to ensure work meets strategic and regulatory requirements while exceeding client expectations. • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and safeguard delivery timelines and budgets. • Own financial oversight for large accounts and portfolios, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin management. • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability within accounts. • Contribute to agency-level operational planning and resourcing strategies. • Serve as the discipline lead for Project Management, setting standards, processes, and best practices across the team. • Mentor project managers and senior project managers, helping them grow their skills and careers. • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, tools training, and uphold project management excellence. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, aligning project execution with business objectives. • Provide thought leadership on process optimization, workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration. • Report to the Head of Project Management.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, project management, or related field. • 6–10 years of experience in project management within a pharmaceutical marketing agency. • Proven success leading large, cross-functional client programs and managing high-value accounts. • Deep knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes in the US and/or Canada. • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Strong financial acumen with experience in account forecasting and margin management. • Expertise with project management systems and tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
