Description

• Conceive and execute attention-generating campaigns and stunts. • Build launch moments coordinating creative, paid promotion, and partner distribution. • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with creators, communities, and complementary brands. • Invent and test online and offline audience channels, including events and activations. • Own the content calendar, output, timing, and quality across search, video, social, and community. • Direct the automated production layer by briefing agents, reviewing output, correcting errors, and extending systems into new formats and channels. • Produce short-form video, images, ads, and written content using AI as a force multiplier. • Own traditional search optimization and AI-assisted discovery, plus community and reply marketing. • Maintain Dash’s brand voice and make final quality decisions. • Operate the direct marketing engine and ad accounts across major platforms, measuring spend through qualified opportunities. • Direct agencies and partners, validate their reporting, and challenge their thinking. • Maintain an experiment backlog, evaluate AI tools and formats weekly, analyze customer and market data, and track competitors.

• Created demand for something people weren't looking for and can demonstrate the results. • Generates ideas that travel and can distinguish them from ideas that only sound good internally. • Commercially minded, with focus on converting awareness into pipeline. • Able to achieve strong results with a small budget. • Works quickly and prefers running several experiments. • Sharp attention to detail and ability to evaluate AI-assisted output. • Learns new tools quickly and deeply. • Comfortable across analytics, publishing, and advertising platforms. • Understands search, AI-assisted discovery, and outbound. • Willing to take responsibility for an outcome that is genuinely undecided. • Useful but not required: partnerships, influencer or creator marketing; events or activations; AI tools, agents, automations and content workflows; short-form video production and editing; editing and copywriting; Slack or Microsoft Teams ecosystem marketing; community and conversational marketing on X, LinkedIn, or Reddit; web and product analytics, search console, advertising platforms, CRM, retention tooling; A/B testing and conversion rate optimization; HTML, CSS, SQL, or no-code automation platforms; taking a product to market from zero.
