Description

• Work with physicians in the sleep, cardiac, and respiratory market to accomplish sales goals and increase awareness and education of products • Conduct 3–4 days per week of structured ride-alongs with sales representatives • Coach representatives on clinical messaging, relationship management, and advanced sales techniques • Produce formal ride-along reviews after each field session • Attend lunches, after-hours networking functions, health fairs, and clinical in-services • Provide daily tactical support, operational direction, and localized territory management • Establish performance goals and quotas for sales representatives • Analyze field performance metrics to identify market opportunities and performance gaps • Enforce CRM compliance and accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking • Conduct weekly conference calls with underperforming representatives • Author and execute performance improvement plans as needed • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews • Participate in recruitment and vetting of new sales representatives • Facilitate new-hire training and onboarding support • Assist with termination processes when required • Help plan and execute team-wide sales meetings and weekly conference calls • Resolve localized account issues, billing discrepancies, and customer service friction • Ensure field activities adhere to corporate compliance policies and healthcare regulatory standards • Escalate unresolved high-level issues to the Regional Sales Manager • Perform additional duties assigned by the VP of Sales and/or CEO

🎯 Exigences

• Reside in one of the following states: CA, AZ, OR, WA • Highly motivated, energetic and experienced individual • Experience in sales and education of durable medical equipment, respiratory equipment and sleep related products • Ability to conduct structured ride-alongs and coach sales representatives on clinical messaging, relationship management, and advanced sales techniques • Ability to analyze VGM metrics, pipeline velocity, and account penetration • CRM compliance and data integrity management • Ability to conduct performance reviews and create performance improvement plans • Ability to participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and offboarding • Ability to ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulatory standards
