Description

• Active acquisition of new clients in the areas of organizational development, interim management and cultural transformation • Build and maintain long-term client relationships at executive and decision-maker level • Develop and implement sales strategies to open up new markets • Analyze market and customer needs to place tailored solutions • Collaborate with executive management on pitch and proposal processes • Participate in networking events, trade shows and online presentations • Support the implementation of our CRM and sales system

🎯 Exigences

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, communications, marketing or sales • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, HR or the services sector • Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for working with people • Structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working • Interest in topics such as leadership, culture and organizational development • Confident use of digital tools (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
