• The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I plays a critical role in translating complex business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. • This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to capture requirements, define end-to-end processes, and design solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and Company objectives. • The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I leads and participates in project-driven initiatives, facilitating discovery sessions, documenting business processes, defining use cases, and developing detailed functional and system requirements. • With a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, this role ensures that proposed solutions are both technically feasible and optimized to drive business value. • Additionally, this role provides guidance and mentorship to analysts and project team members, ensuring best practices in requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution design are consistently applied. • The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I may lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to advancing internal methodologies, tools, and governance processes to enhance delivery effectiveness and Salesforce platform utilization.
• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis. • Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more roles focusing on process improvement and financial analysis in the waste industry or related field. • Minimum of 5 years creating and facilitating road mapping sessions for business and technical roadmaps. • Minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects and agile teams. • Minimum of 5 years Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including agile and waterfall methodologies. • Minimum of 5 years communicating complex concepts through design techniques and able to recommend user-centric solutions. • Minimum of 5 years of working with functional area leads to make sure business process uses the technology effectively and efficiently. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 7 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or development. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead position providing leadership and mentoring to other Business Analysts.
