Description

• Create and implement automated configuration and deployment processes for platform performance, accessibility, and manageability • Establish and manage administrator and service accounts • Maintain accurate system documentation • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems with developers • Develop scripting-based self-service capabilities within the PaaS • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth operations • Own operational responsibility for team-managed services • Work on-call to support customer needs • Continuously enhance the product and deliver user-focused software • Champion AI-augmented ways of working to accelerate delivery, reduce cycle time, and improve outcomes • Support contract performance, customer site visits, and program activities through travel as needed

🎯 Exigences

• 3–6 years of experience in cloud/platform operations or related roles across diverse environments • Proficiency administering AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments • Expertise in Kubernetes container orchestration • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform • Subject Matter Expertise in Linux operating systems administration • Experience developing automation solutions with scripting languages • Familiarity with networking concepts and Load Balancers, DNS, SSL, Firewalls, NAT, and NTP • Ability to troubleshoot operating systems and applications • Experience with large-scale production systems and production-related challenges • Excellent communication skills and collaborative work ability • Degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Ability to obtain a security clearance for US Government work • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to pass a background investigation • Preferred: Linux/Unix command line troubleshooting • Preferred: Professional certifications such as RHCE, Linux+, MCSA, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, Security+, CISSP, or CCNA • Preferred: DevOps automation practices • Preferred: Direct client interaction experience • Ability to travel up to 25%
