Description

• Own the funnel from first touch to enrolled student, with targets for inquiry, application and enrollment conversion across partner programs • Configure and build capabilities across DXP/CMS, CDP, tagging and measurement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce • Use funnel data, test results and student insight to prioritize conversion improvements • Build a testing practice with CRO, SEO/AEO, Digital Media and Lifecycle Marketing teams • Improve visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines as well as traditional search • Redesign content, creative, campaign, website, SEO/AEO and reporting workflows around AI and automation • Set measurable goals for speed to market, cost and capacity, and report progress • Design a scalable multi-brand, multi-tenant platform and operating model • Lead DXP/CMS migration across 80+ university partner websites • Coordinate systems integrators and internal engineering from discovery through implementation • Evaluate, select and drive adoption of MarTech and AI tools, including CDP, SFMC, identity resolution and data enrichment • Set product vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the MarTech portfolio • Lead and coach product managers measured on outcomes • Run lean ways of working with fast discovery, small bets, short cycles and clear decisions • Build trust with Marketing, Data and Engineering leaders and influence decisions with data and executive communication • Keep current with digital marketing, AI and MarTech developments

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of product management experience, including time in a startup, high-growth or similarly fast-moving environment where product owned business results • Broad, hands-on expertise across digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, AEO, website and conversion optimization, lifecycle and CRM marketing, and marketing measurement • Track record of improving conversion and funnel performance through product and platform work, with quantifiable results • Deep working knowledge of MarTech platforms: CMS/DXP, DAM, CDP, tagging and measurement, marketing automation and CRM • Experience leading and developing a team of product managers/owners • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems, form a clear point of view and act on incomplete information • Type A, high-ownership approach; tenacious and willing to push boundaries • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to marketing workflows • Experience building platforms for multi-brand or multi-tenant environments • Experience with maximizing outcomes in AEO/GEO for AI-tool searches • Experience leading complex multi-vendor or SI-led implementations and platform migrations • Background in higher education, enrollment marketing or other lead generation businesses • Strong communication and executive presence • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and defining PM/PO/TPM role structures
