Description

• Design fraud prevention decisioning engines for all loan products to estimate fraud and identity risk for loan applications • Recommend verification standards addressing risks discovered in loan applications • Leverage data analytics and machine learning to aggregate third-party and in-house data and assess fraud and identity risk while maintaining a seamless client experience • Lead fraud prevention analysts in evaluating risk concerns in loan applications • Use data to enhance fraud prevention decisioning engines and verification standards • Establish KPIs and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership • Communicate and embody the company’s vision of technology-enabled automation for fraud prevention and identity risk assessment and clearance • Identify, implement, and drive adoption of best practices within the leadership community • Lead and mentor the fraud prevention team • Develop team members as thinkers and strategists focused on automation and frameworks

🎯 Exigences

• 8 years of experience in fraud investigation • 2 years of leadership experience • Master’s degree in business, statistics, STEM, economics, or a related field • Strong hands-on analytical and data skills • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation and analysis • Expertise in fraud prevention and identity risk • Experience developing and implementing initiatives that impact the organization • Experience mentoring and training team members
