• First contact, nurturing and qualifying leads through to handover — in close collaboration with the CEO • Continuously improve our sales processes and ensure a smooth sales workflow • Support in preparing proposals, reports, presentations and sales materials • Maintain CRM (HubSpot), pipeline and forecasts • Regular outreach to existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success and the sales team • Implement automations to make our sales team even more efficient • Prepare for trade shows, webinars or other events through research, appointment scheduling and lead follow-up • Maintain and optimize the CEO's LinkedIn profile
• Several years of experience in inside sales or pre-sales, ideally in a B2B environment and preferably with SaaS exposure • Confident use of CRM systems such as HubSpot • Routine use of LinkedIn for sales activities, outbound campaigns and content creation • Analytical mindset to evaluate data, support lead scoring and create reports • A proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as clear communication — written and verbal • Enjoy collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and a willingness to contribute your own ideas • Very good German and English skills
