Description

• Provide mental health rehabilitation services and supports to adults and families • Decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes and increase community functioning • Deliver mental health services in an ethical, legal, moral, safe, and therapeutic environment • Participate as a clinical team member in services for clients and families • Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions • Maintain client service records in accordance with regulations • Coordinate communications with admissions, treatment process, and discharge planning staff • Coordinate services from community resources • Apply treatment concepts, evidence-based practices, and service modalities • Present workshops, lectures, and training to clients, families, staff, and community groups • Attend court proceedings and make court appearances as needed • Participate in clinical team meetings and activities • Maintain confidentiality under the professional Code of Conduct and applicable law • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the agency positively • Perform other related responsibilities delegated by management

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements • Must have own transportation • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team • Computer proficiency required • Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames • Familiarity with court proceedings and availability to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients • Must pass an occupational health screening • Must comply with the zero-tolerance drug-free environment, including marijuana
