Description

• Own design projects end-to-end , from discovery and concepting through to launch with our Financial Incentives Team • Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility • Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions • Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization

🎯 Exigences

• 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across both internal tools and consumer-facing applications • Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills • Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support • A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility —you design for clarity, simplicity, and delight • Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills —you’re able to synthesize feedback and advocate for users • A self-starting, humble mindset —you seek out feedback, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on real-world evidence • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure success • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
