Description

• Lead and evolve Sequel's commercial operations function to support growth and long-term scalability. • Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP, providing a holistic view of commercial performance and opportunities. • Build a best-in-class Commercial Excellence function that integrates analytics, planning, and operational execution. • Develop and lead a high-performing team across sales operations, analytics, and commercial planning. • Own the development of a comprehensive commercial analytics framework. • Identify key business drivers and interdependencies, translating them into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Directly contribute to building and refining tools, processes, and outputs. • Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends to inform strategic adjustments.

🎯 Exigences

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or related roles within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries. • Experience supporting or leading U.S. product launches in regulated environments. • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Demonstrated experience in forecasting, scenario modeling, and data-driven strategic planning. • Deep expertise in sales operations, territory design, incentive compensation, and CRM systems. • Familiarity with market access, payor dynamics, and reimbursement models. • Proven ability to influence senior leadership. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills. • Ability to travel frequently for field engagement.
