Description

• Define and execute the overall technology, engineering, and data strategy. • Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into clear technology roadmaps. • Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Product, Commercial, and Technology. • Lead prioritization discussions and align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, investments, and trade-offs. • Communicate technology strategy, risks, progress, and business impact to technical and non-technical audiences. • Influence decisions through structured recommendations, data, and clear business rationale. • Lead engineering and data teams through managers and technical leads. • Oversee platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Strengthen analytics and data capabilities to support executive decision-making. • Own security, data privacy, compliance, access governance, and technology risk. • Manage technology budgets, vendors, infrastructure costs, and build-vs-buy decisions. • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve engineering and business productivity.

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within startups, scale-ups, or fast-growing businesses. • Experience leading engineering and/or data teams through senior managers or technical leads. • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across multiple business functions. • Excellent executive communication, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Ability to translate technical topics into clear business impact, risks, and recommendations. • Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, architecture, data systems, and infrastructure. • Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology investments. • Comfortable making high-impact decisions in ambiguous and fast-moving environments. • Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries such as fintech, insurance, financial services, or similar environments is preferred.
