Description

• Lead and mentor engineering teams through technical leads and senior engineers • Drive engineering strategy, architecture, scalability, reliability, and delivery • Partner with Product and business teams on priorities, roadmaps, and trade-offs • Strengthen engineering processes, quality, security, and operational excellence • Support cloud infrastructure, platform performance, and cost optimization • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across engineering workflows • Build a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Business, Data, and Technology to translate business priorities into strong engineering outcomes.

🎯 Exigences

• 8-12 years of overall engineering experience • Strong experience managing and growing engineering teams • Hands-on understanding of system design, cloud-native architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience working in fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or product-led environments • Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and delivery • Prior experience in fintech, financial services, payments, trading, lending, insurance, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.
