Description

• Engage with customers through chat, SMS text, and phone calls, including scheduled appointments • Provide expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services • Showcase merchandise online and explain item features and benefits • Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options • Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently • Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build personal sales clientele • Achieve individual and team performance goals, including sales metrics, appointment booking, customer satisfaction scores, Creative Commerce standards, and quality evaluations • Participate in cross-training within the department • Attend training and meetings using on-camera technology
