Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, email, and traditional channels • Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination • Drive earned media relations and lead writing projects, including copywriting and promotional materials • Lead event and tradeshow planning, coordinating logistics and brand presence • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the tactical industry • Track and report marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI • Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure brand consistency • Develop deep knowledge of the UNITY Tactical brand, business operations, products, and customer base • Report to the VP of Marketing • Maintain constant communication with team members • Manage projects and work to deadlines

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing with proven success in campaign management and strategic execution • Exceptional writing skills with a strong foundation in AP Style • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools • Excellent leadership, project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment • Strategic thinking paired with clear, confident communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere • Previous experience within the tactical, defense, shooting sports, or outdoor manufacturing sectors a plus • Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies and marketing to government organizations a plus • Proven track record of managing media relations and developing successful PR strategies a plus • Experience in corporate event planning and show management a plus
