Description

• Own client outcomes across every brand, channel and pod • Report directly to the Founder • Lead the Paid Social, Paid Search and Creative Strategy Leads • Build a growth model covering offer, conversion, creative and distribution • Own retention, MRR expansion and the share of clients hitting growth targets • Serve as executive sponsor for key founder relationships • Build forecasting and target-setting systems for every account • Convert the outcome model into an SOP • Train the team on the model • Help shape the standard service offering • Integrate media and creative planning, testing and reporting • Establish creative hit-rate as a performance metric • Coach three leads and a team of 15+ into department leaders • Own hiring and build the leadership bench • Participate in leadership-team commercial planning • Add rigour to pitches and help ensure won brands can be grown

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years in performance or growth on the agency or DTC side • Experience taking seven-figure e-commerce brands to eight figures • Deep fluency in testing, scaling, attribution, funnels and CRO across Meta, TikTok and search • Ability to audit an account in 30 minutes and identify the main constraint • Real creative strategy experience • Ability to evaluate creative based on commercial potential • Understanding of CAC, MER, contribution margin, LTV and payback • Experience managing managers • Experience writing models teams follow • Founder-level presence and comfort with ambiguity • Agency-side and brand-side experience, retention, CRO or offer strategy experience, and familiarity with AI, Triple Whale and Shopify are bonus points
