Description

• Maximize sales and reach sales targets for brands in the defined territory • Develop and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders • Develop and implement plans to secure sales targets • Acquire marketplace knowledge for brands in the territory • Gather and interpret data and insights through customer and stakeholder interaction and other sources • Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics with the local team • Share market knowledge and customer insights internally • Execute and continuously revise regional and brand plans • Analyze and follow up on sales, activities, and spending • Initiate and execute customer activities • Interact with customers and relevant stakeholders in the territory • Share best-practice initiatives • Collaborate with the local BU team and cross-functional teams

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales • Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and local market dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Highly self-motivated and organized • Ability to work independently in a field-based setting • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region, including overnight stays • Fluency in German • Good command of English
