Description
• Serve as the central point of contact for aircraft scheduling • Receive trip requests from clients • Provide detailed flight itineraries • Effectively communicate aircraft schedule information • Arrange trip logistics and services • Coordinate aircraft movement • Maintain a database of client and flight crew contacts
🎯 Exigences
• Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills • Four-year college degree preferred • Ability to work with Solairus flight planning and scheduling software • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Software • Knowledge of aircraft dispatch principles and FAA regulations • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Well organized and meticulous • Ability to plan and prioritize work with limited supervision
