• Conduct consultation and sales meetings with prospective clients independently • Maintain a minimum closing rate of 30% • Conduct client consultation sessions • Plan, prepare and follow up on appointments

A high cadence motivates you rather than deters you. • Coachability & eagerness to learn — you are open to feedback, implement suggestions quickly and strive to continuously develop both commercially and personally. • Process & discipline mindset — you can follow existing processes, document thoroughly and work in a structured way, even under high volume. • Calm, pleasant voice & professional demeanor — you come across as composed, focused and trustworthy rather than hurried or pushy. • Excellent German skills — flawless, error-free verbal and written communication at native-speaker level is a given.
