Description

• Serve as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the USA, working directly with our customers to ensure they receive maximum value from the Spacelift product • Manage the complete customer relationship • Drive product adoption • Ensure successful experiences with Spacelift • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience • Establish clear customer retention goals through business review cadences • Promote product value through customer experience • Continuously promote and drive renewals and/or expansion opportunities • Manage account escalations by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders

🎯 Exigences

• A proven work experience of 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or customer-facing role • Has understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling • Terraform and AWS experience is a must • CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, and Kubernetes experience is a plus • Renewal, Expansion, and Growth selling experience • Ability to document and report on issues and enhancements • Accountability and personal organisation are essential • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
