Description

• Responsible for facility management across the North Rhine-Westphalia region • Ensure the continuous operational readiness and technical condition of all existing restaurants • Collaborate with technical departments, landlords, government institutions, and the insurance provider • Monitor and coordinate technical processes and solutions • Conduct technical inspections and audits to ensure legal compliance, including building and fire safety requirements • Analyze profit and loss statements in the areas of equipment maintenance and building maintenance • Develop action plans to improve performance with operational business partners • Implement facility management innovations and technical optimization solutions • Support cross-functional projects with technical expertise • Provide fast, cost-effective, and high-quality facility management support for all brands • Manage framework agreements with suppliers and partners in the region

🎯 Exigences

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction engineering (a certified construction manager qualification is an advantage) • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably as a project manager or facility manager • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Good command of English • Knowledge of standards, regulations, and building codes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) • Knowledge of accounting, budget management, and risk assessment • Strong planning skills • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
