Studio Designer est une plateforme logicielle qui propose une solution intégrée de gestion d’entreprise spécialement conçue pour les professionnels du design d’intérieur. Elle comprend des outils de design (planches d’inspiration, propositions commerciales et sourcing), des fonctionnalités de gestion de projet (suivi par article sur un nombre illimité de projets), des services destinés aux clients (portail client, paiements en ligne/StudioPay) ainsi que des fonctionnalités de gestion financière et comptable (suivi du temps et facturation, comptabilité intégrée, reporting, gestion de la paie via Gusto). La solution s’adresse aux dirigeants de studios, aux designers et aux comptables pour gérer les projets de la conception à l’installation, tout en améliorant l’efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité des studios de design d’intérieur. L’entreprise propose également des services d’onboarding, d’implémentation, de formation et de conseil financier par l’intermédiaire de partenaires, ainsi que des contenus dédiés au secteur, notamment un blog et des webinaires.

Description

• Lead, expand, and mature a small development team • Develop strategic direction for architecture, frontend-heavy development, and team culture with the CTO • Cultivate a culture of security, incident analysis, and learning • Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities improving availability, performance, efficiency, resiliency, organizational change, and incident response • Lead frontend roadmap development and execution for intuitive, performant, accessible, and reliable customer experiences • Partner with Product to translate customer needs and requirements into scalable frontend solutions • Collaborate with Development leaders and Product Managers on execution and prioritization across frontend initiatives • Reduce frontend technical debt and improve architecture scalability, maintainability, and consistency • Coach and mentor developers and peers on reliability best practices • Report to and work directly with the Chief Technology Officer

🎯 Exigences

• Technical knowledge and depth to develop and mentor others and build credibility with the team • Experience interacting with customers, senior executives, and business leads • Experience establishing and measuring OKRs or team goals • Critical thinking and ability to engage in constructive conflict • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead multiple and competing priorities, make decisions, and communicate them • Ability to consider business tradeoffs for technical development problems • 10+ years’ experience in software development or hands-on site reliability engineering of fault-tolerant distributed systems • Experience operating SaaS software systems in a production environment • Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers • Experience developing development platforms and services, including microservices and APIs • Experience architecting, designing, and building frontend components and applications connecting to services • Strong experience with JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, WinForms, and Web Services/Web API • UI testing frameworks such as Playwright, or testing tools such as NUnit or MS Test • Experience or desire to work with AI-driven environments and tooling • Extensive hands-on development experience using Angular, TypeScript, or similar tools • Industry experience in interior design is a plus • Strong Object-Oriented foundation and formal process/methodology experience is ideally desired • Large-scale cloud-based development with SOA or microservices is ideally desired • .NET (Core, 5+ preferred) is ideally desired • Mobile or mobile web development experience is ideally desired • Ability to work in Central or Mountain time zone is ideally desired
