Description

• Own the Swim Team Store roadmap • Prioritize features and improvements to optimize team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment. • Engage directly with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover their needs and pain points. • Use tools like Lovable, Claude, Claude Design to rapidly bring ideas to life, test with real users, and iterate based on feedback. • Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless product releases. • Ensure the platform feels trustworthy, frictionless, and inspiring, capturing SwimOutlet’s spirit as the go to swim partner. • Define and track KPIs including adoption, NPS, retention, and team order value, and use data to refine and prioritize. • Align product initiatives with SwimOutlet’s strategic goals, ensuring both ROI and customer impact.

🎯 Exigences

• 3 to 5 years experience in product management: ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms. • Domain Expertise Background in ecommerce operations, community driven products, or team sports retail. • Firsthand experience with swim teams or youth sports organizations as a coach, athlete, parent, or administrator. • Prototyping expertise Strong working knowledge of Lovable, Figma, or similar tools. • Customer first mindset Ability to empathize deeply with end users and advocate for their needs. • Analytical and strategic Comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and making data driven decisions. • Strong communicator Skilled at alignment and storytelling across leadership, design, engineering, and customer facing teams. • Entrepreneurial background Proven ability to identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive innovation in fast paced environments.
