• Own and manage relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners • Source and develop new partnership opportunities across global travel providers • Support negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, including commercial terms and integrations • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch and maintain partner integrations • Manage ongoing partner performance, identifying opportunities to optimize value for both Taekus and partners • Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives with partners to drive engagement and usage • Monitor industry trends across airline and hotel loyalty programs to inform strategy • Support expansion of Taekus’s global rewards ecosystem
• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs • Experience working with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs (or adjacent fintech/rewards platforms) • Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner structures • Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance • Builder mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
