Description

• Learning support with impact: You assist our participants with subject-related questions and explain content so it becomes clear, tangible and immediately applicable. • Motivator & first point of contact: You’re there when things get stuck—both technically and mentally—and help overcome learning barriers while maintaining motivation. • Practical delivery of sales know-how: You explain topics such as CRM, funnels, lead management, or pitching techniques in a simple, comprehensible way and support their transfer into practice. • Sparring partner in the learning process: You provide guidance, help structure the learning routine and support participants in becoming more confident and independent. • Shaping quality: You actively contribute in weekly team calls, share feedback from the learning environment and help continuously develop our programs.

🎯 Exigences

• You are enrolled at university—ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. • You have already gained initial practical experience in a sales environment, for example through internships, working-student roles or personal projects. • You are comfortable using digital tools and systems, ideally including CRM solutions such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms. • You communicate very clearly, respectfully and confidently in German at C2 level and are also comfortable in English. • You have a good sense for people, work in a structured way and remain able to act even in dynamic or chaotic situations. • You are digitally savvy, empathetic and want to create real impact through your work. • You are available at least 4 afternoons per week from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
