Description

• Execute integrated sales, service, and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of corporate business customers • Maintain an established and extensive external network of centers of influence, diverse industry segments, community leaders, regulators, and senior business contacts • Source large corporate prospects and develop new customer relationships • Handle larger and most complex credits and loans and substantial corporate clients • Ensure ongoing profitability and conformity with credit terms • Oversee deal closings across all products • Oversee and ensure safe and sound underwriting and credit • Lead formulation and implementation of long- and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share and maximize growth opportunities • Develop and implement marketing plans for clients with expanding businesses • Provide credit, deposit, and other banking services alongside complex client-management activities involving large amounts of money

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of related experience • Expert at structuring deals to balance risk and reward • Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations • Strong written communication skills, including report and business correspondence writing • Superior verbal communication and presentation skills • In-depth understanding of business and banking terminology • Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to business situations • In-depth understanding of accounting, including financial statement and credit analysis • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables • Superior negotiation skills • Superior relationship management and business development/sales skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of credit and credit quality • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively with individuals and groups • Proven leadership ability with excellent interpersonal communication skills • Superior organizational skills • Frequent domestic travel required • Must be able to perform the listed physical and cognitive essential functions
