• You are the first point of contact for our car insurance customers on inbound calls. • After providing a high-quality car insurance consultation, you will offer and sell our multiple award-winning health products (e.g., supplementary dental or pet insurance) over the phone. • You proactively participate in sales incentives and campaigns to boost your results. • Regular collaboration with colleagues to develop together and become even more successful. • No cold calling and no external appointment scheduling.
• Several years of experience in telephone sales • Telesales consultants with a strong sales background from any industry are welcome • Ideally, you have knowledge of the insurance sector (car insurance, supplementary products) • You are motivated by commission — our commissions are uncapped • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
