• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients • Manage inbound and outbound communications • Handle customer interactions professionally, build rapport, and identify customer needs • Present and promote products, services, and membership benefits • Tailor recommendations to each customer’s situation • Identify retention opportunities and educate members on benefits, services, plans, coverage options, and solutions • Apply consultative retention strategies to preserve memberships and strengthen customer loyalty • Resolve and de-escalate issues • Escalate interactions when necessary • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting • Participate in coaching sessions, sales training, team meetings, client calls, and continuous improvement initiatives • Meet or exceed sales, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Process sales transactions, service enrollments, and payment arrangements accurately • Address questions, objections, and concerns with clear and persuasive offers • Upsell every call

🎯 Exigences

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, membership, or customer-focused environment • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales, conversion, or performance goals • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Proven ability to influence customer decisions and successfully retain business through relationship-building and problem-solving techniques • Comfortable navigating multiple software applications, systems, and sales tools simultaneously • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems • Dedicated workspace near router for hardwired Ethernet connection • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • ISP latency under 50ms • Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN • Proof of internet speed required
