Description

• Own the end-to-end systems architecture for a scalable, resilient data ingest pipeline spanning edge and cloud, built on Redis, RabbitMQ, and custom services • Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineers, guiding technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices and documentation • Drive full-stack systems design decisions across distributed data flows, message queuing, API architecture, data models, and UI component structure • Lead an AI-enabled development team, owning guardrails, validation layers, end-to-end tests, and supporting systems for safe and reliable AI-assisted output • Break down product and design requirements into clear, well-scoped engineering tasks and distribute them across the team • Build intuitive, responsive front-end experiences using React and modern component libraries • Write secure back-end services using C# / .NET, REST APIs, modular design, and Entity Framework • Collaborate with design, product, DevSecOps, and field teams to launch features quickly and securely • Drive rapid prototyping while enforcing production-grade coding standards • Champion automated testing and code quality gates through unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Troubleshoot bugs, resolve performance bottlenecks, and help build toward FedRAMP and IL5 deployment requirements

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including prior experience leading or mentoring engineers • Ownership of systems architecture and design for distributed, scalable systems • Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ or comparable message brokers, and custom service development • Experience leading an AI-enabled development team and owning guardrails, validation, end-to-end testing, and support systems • Full-stack proficiency across frontend and backend • Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design skills • Strong C# and modern .NET skills, with Entity Framework and relational database experience • Understanding of SQL, indexing, query optimization, dependency injection, async/await, and LINQ • Deep understanding of systems design, REST APIs, state management, asynchronous data fetching, and event-driven messaging • Experience with Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, automated validation, and end-to-end testing • Ability to translate product and design requirements into well-scoped engineering tasks • Familiarity with secure software development practices and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab • Comfortable leading in Agile or Lean environments • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance • Active Secret or TS clearance preferred • Bonus: secure government environments, logistics/supply chain/asset tracking applications, Security+, AWS Developer/Architect certifications, or startup/rapid-growth experience
