Description

• Lead analytic and modeling initiatives informing payer segmentation, contract evaluation, rebate design, and targeting strategies • Apply advanced AI/ML methods to identify high-value payer or provider segments, forecast access shifts, and quantify contract performance • Define and monitor KPIs and evidence-based criteria for analytic quality, transparency, and business impact • Engage pharmaceutical clients to define analytics needs and align deliverables with market access priorities • Lead solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and RFP solutioning • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to improve team performance, solution impact, and client value • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams of data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts • Define milestones, monitor progress, provide structured feedback, and resolve project challenges • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, quality standards, and timelines • Design and oversee analytics-ready data layers, integration workflows, and feature engineering • Manage the full data lifecycle from acquisition through analysis, including validation, documentation, and governance • Build modular, reusable, and scalable data processes • Integrate and manage prescription demand, patient claims, formulary/access, provider/payer master, contracting, and financial datasets • Apply standardized data cleaning, enrichment, mapping, and cross-linkage • Partner with Finance, Forecasting, Brand Insights, Field Operations, Market Access Strategy, and Pricing & Contracting teams

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical market access analytics, with hands-on familiarity across key commercial data domains • Strong understanding of U.S. payer, provider, and access structures, including regulatory and business processes shaping reimbursement and coverage dynamics • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Dataiku, BI tools, and AI/ML frameworks • Experience designing modular data architectures and implementing cloud-based analytics workflows using AWS or Azure • Demonstrated ability to align analytical findings with strategic business objectives, including contracting success, revenue impact, and access optimization • Proven record of leading projects to completion with defined milestones, measurable results, and clear commercial value • Skilled in translating complex analytics into structured, business-focused communications • Demonstrated success delivering client-facing data narratives and executive-level recommendations • At least 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access analytics or related roles • Proven leadership of technical or cross-functional analytics teams • Track record of delivering commercial analytics products, reporting solutions, or self-service dashboards end-to-end • Direct experience with RFP solution design, capability demonstrations, and presenting analytics to clients or executives • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, business, or life sciences discipline; higher degrees or certifications preferred • Ability to integrate, harmonize, and analyze large, complex datasets • Advanced skill in data treatment, cleaning, enrichment, mapping, and feature engineering • Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing analytics using AWS or Azure, Snowflake, Dataiku, and BI/dashboarding tools • Experience translating analytics into recommendations for market access, contracting, rebate strategies, or commercialization • Strong project management, including scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and on-time/on-budget delivery • Knowledge of U.S. payer landscape, reimbursement, pricing, payment structures, market access policies, and regulatory trends • Demonstrated excellence in client engagement and stakeholder alignment
