• Initiate phone contact with warm leads • Conduct professional initial conversations to assess needs • Qualify leads according to clear criteria • Schedule and coordinate consultation appointments • Maintain and document activities in the CRM • Build genuine relationships with decision-makers • Occasional participation in events and trade shows • Qualify and convert prospects into real sales opportunities for THEFABERS through professional initial conversations, consistent follow-up, and targeted nurturing activities • Conduct and arrange qualified closing calls for the strategy consultants

• Persuasive and articulate • Ideally experience in the marketing industry • Enjoys making calls and selling • High self-motivation and discipline • Structured and reliable work approach • Quick learner • Ability to follow clear processes • Excellent German, spoken and written • Pleasant, confident voice • Sales experience is a plus; the right attitude is more important
