Description

• Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards • Devise and implement account plans using multiple media channels and Tinuiti solutions to meet client objectives • Assist clients with budgets and forecasts and optimize budget usage • Identify account growth and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client goals and company offerings • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams • Collaborate with client channel teams and internal teams on project outcomes and strategic initiatives • Serve as a point of contact for client communications and provide timely project updates • Support the Client Partner team in addressing concerns and resolving issues • Maintain and apply knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, best practices, and the client’s industry

🎯 Exigences

• 4–5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together • Experience with Google Analytics • Experience with project management tools • Experience with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • FLSA classification: Exempt
