Description

• Lead a portfolio of clients as senior day-to-day owner of relationships and growth agendas • Align TVAD recommendations and full-funnel plans with client goals • Set expectations and build trust with senior stakeholders • Create high-value meetings, presentations, and decision-influencing moments • Partner with internal leaders to resolve escalations quickly • Connect TVAD to Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, and Creative • Translate platform, competitive, and Bliss Point TVAD insights into executive-ready actions • Own the financial health of the client portfolio, including margin, utilization/capacity, and forecast accuracy • Lead onboarding, transitions, escalations, expansion, and support new business • Orchestrate optimization across partners and DSPs; pilot, measure, and scale initiatives • Embed Bliss Point insights into planning and allocation and improve tools and models with Product and Analytics • Establish measurement practices, forecast impact and risk, and ensure data/operations health • Develop integrated cross-channel plans and reusable playbooks • Make decisions maximizing client growth, margin, and LTV within agreed guardrails • Track plan versus actuals and course-correct with Client Lead, Finance, and Analytics • Identify, de-risk, pilot, scale, and document growth opportunities • Remove recurring waste such as unmanaged frequency, viewability/IVT issues, overlapping buys, and tagging gaps • Build and lead a high-performing team through Rocks/KPIs, 1:1s, feedback, development, hiring, and onboarding • Install governance, standards, scorecards, and QA cadence; coach managers

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years in TV/video/audio/display • Proven results at scale across multiple partners, including CTV/OTT, linear TV, online video, digital audio/podcasts, and programmatic display • Management experience required • Hands-on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms and ad-server workflows • Experience with frequency and overlap management • Experience using audience/data • Knowledge of quality and verification, including viewability, IVT, and brand safety • Comfort coordinating with publishers/PMPs • Experience with incrementality/lift, powered A/B testing or time-series analysis, and forecasting • Ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, incremental reach, and attention • SQL familiarity a plus • Cross-channel literacy across Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative • Financial acumen in margin/utilization management, capacity planning, and reliable forecasting with Finance • Leadership presence, clear and concise storytelling, expectation setting, and confidence with senior clients and internal leaders
