Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in omnichannel activation, customer engagement, content operations, AI-enabled marketing, and commercial transformation • Research trends, capabilities, and client needs related to marketing engagement models and omnichannel activation • Lead client benchmark and project engagements from initiation through final delivery • Conduct executive interviews and assess organizational structures, operating models, resource allocation, budgets, processes, and capabilities • Coordinate client-provided quantitative and qualitative information for database analysis • Author benchmark engagement reports with peer comparisons, best-practice recommendations, and operational improvement guidance • Represent the solution and collaborate cross-functionally with TGaS teams across client engagements • Participate in value-added client engagements, strategy sessions, business planning sessions, and workshops • Respond to client inquiries with expert guidance and provide urgent, on-call support • Support annual value-added content planning through the VHow network and survey process • Improve advisory services processes and conduct best-practice deep dives • Build trusted relationships with member organizations and identify emerging needs • Identify unmet client needs and business development opportunities • Understand TGaS solutions and engage other solutions based on client needs • Contribute to solution development and evolution of services and offerings • Document unmet client needs and innovative ideas • Evolve deliverable formats to increase value for clients

🎯 Exigences

• 8–10 years of experience directing Omnichannel operations in an agency or life science setting • Experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing operations, omnichannel strategy, or related fields • Deep understanding of marketing channels, processes, systems, and related best practices • Comfort working with top executives and business unit leaders • Ability to consult, problem-solve, work autonomously, and organize complex information into clear actionable recommendations • Experience developing and managing effective relationships with internal stakeholders and/or clients • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously • Excellent communication skills, including group presentations, verbal, and writing abilities • High integrity and credibility • Change management and process analysis skills • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and proactively seek opportunities • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree strongly preferred
