• Follow up on and pre-qualify incoming leads • Execute outbound prospecting and independently generate a sales pipeline • Use AI-supported prospecting and modern tools • Support at trade shows and document activities in the CRM • Work closely with marketing to ensure lead quality • Build partnerships and schedule demo appointments
• 1–2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment or with complex/technical products • Experience in outbound sales, e.g., cold calling, sequence campaigns, or list research • Ability to pre-qualify leads in a structured way and evaluate them against a defined ICP or framework • Confident on the phone, persistent in follow-up, and personable • Disciplined CRM usage and maintenance of clean, accurate data • Interest in digital transformation and an understanding of quality software for tax/accounting firms • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable — capable of working effectively in a remote setup • Team player, solution-oriented, with clear communication skills in German (both spoken and written)
