Description

• Customer Connection - You will be the introduction to the Consumer Cellular experience. • Building Value - At Consumer Cellular, we say, “People come for the price, but stay for the experience.” • Overcoming Objections – You are able to overcome objections by addressing concerns. • Closing the Sales by Welcoming Customers to the Family – You’ll recognize the right time to close the sale. • Integrity and Accuracy - Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools. • Being a Team Player – We celebrate, we laugh, and we respect each other’s strengths and differences.

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail) • Experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers • Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales • A self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company
