• Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner • Provide timely responses and resolutions to partners' queries and questions • Project a professional company image through phone interaction • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Excellent command of English language • Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution • Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with the ability to understand customers' needs • Ability to work on shifts • Positive attitude and motivation • Previous experience in any customer service role is a plus.
