Description

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through Outside Sales and Other Activities. • Contributes to the profitability and growth of Home Lending products by building, developing, and managing new and existing relationships with COI, clients and prospects. • Consults with clients and prospects to understand home lending and business goals. • Identifies and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services to best meet those needs.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or related sales role • Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management • Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline • Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending processes, and market trends
