Description

• Drive integrations roadmap and strategy, determining which new integrations and capabilities are built • Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and decide integration depth, capability, and sequencing • Partner with the integration partnership lead to activate partners ahead of integration development and manage ongoing enhancements • Support maintenance and improvement of existing integrations • Work directly with customers to understand integration needs and document and prioritize feedback • Collaborate on marketing and field activities, training, and enablement • Help market integrations and make them easier to discover and configure • Measure and communicate metrics around integration breadth and depth, data availability, and customer compliance needs

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years in a product role around integrations and ecosystem • Established track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations • Ideally, experience owning an integration catalog or category • Understanding of prioritization frameworks for focusing and sequencing integrations work across teams • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed • Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, with curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. location where the role is based
