• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and social media to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget. • Research destinations, resorts, excursions, and transportation options to create custom travel packages. • Handle bookings for flights, cruises, hotels, activities, and insurance using authorized travel suppliers. • Provide clients with quotes, trip details, and itinerary support before, during, and after travel. • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and current promotions to ensure clients receive the best options available. • Promote company services and special offers through social media platforms and other digital marketing methods. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat and referral business. • Manage records, invoices, and trip details accurately using online systems and company tools.
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must live within the United States • Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number (for tax and verification purposes) • Must speak English fluently (spoken and written) • Must own a computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection • Must be computer literate and social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
