Description

• Maintain and support customer equipment at customer sites • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues • Deliver effective, timely solutions • Build strong, trusted customer relationships and provide expert guidance • Travel throughout the Manchester, NH territory to support manufacturing customers • Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment • Promote service agreements and newer technology • Manage schedules, routes, and customer visits with primarily regional travel

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel • Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, lift, stretch, bend, and squat throughout the day • Comfortable with day travel and being home most evenings, with frequent overnight travel noted • Technical agility in mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, computer hardware, and software would be an asset • Strong interpersonal skills would be an asset • Strong written and verbal communication skills would be an asset
