Description

• Lead deals with health plan customers to achieve multi-year contracts • Own critical relationships and opportunities with health plan leadership • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through personal prospecting and collaboration with internal teams • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets • Help shape Verse’s payor partnerships playbook and processes • Design and sell innovative contract models • Represent Verse at conferences and industry events

🎯 Exigences

• 7-10+ years of payor sales or business development experience • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience navigating C-suite to do so • Strong independent accountability with excellent follow-through skills • Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and differentiators in competitive, fast-paced environments • Skilled at navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders • Ability to generate pipeline independently and consistently • Willing to travel ~30% depending on sales cycle
